Kivach Waterfall
Kivach Waterfall is the second highest flat waterfall in Europe and a natural symbol of the Republic of Karelia. It drops 10.7 meters over four cascades through 2-billion-year-old diorite rocks. The waterfall is located within Russia's oldest nature reserve founded in 1931. Visiting includes trails through pristine taiga forest, a nature museum, and a dendrological garden.
