Karain Cave is the oldest known human settlement in Anatolia and Turkey's largest inhabited cave, dating back 500,000 years. Inhabited from the Lower Paleolithic to Roman times, it features a small on-site museum displaying discovered artifacts. Major finds are in Antalya Museum.
