John-Suwan Viewpoint is one of the most breathtaking viewpoints on Koh Tao, located at the southern tip of the island. The hilltop offers spectacular panoramic views of Chalok Baan Kao Bay on one side and Shark Bay on the other. The hike takes about 20 minutes along a steep rocky trail, but the views at the top are worth every drop of sweat. On clear days you can see Koh Samui and Koh Phangan on the horizon.
