Jamarat Bridge
Jamarat Bridge is a modern multi-level structure in Mina where pilgrims perform the Stoning of the Devil ritual. It is 950 meters long and 80 meters wide with 5 levels that can accommodate 300,000 pilgrims per hour. It contains three walls symbolizing the devil: the small, medium, and large Jamarah (Aqaba). Pilgrims throw seven pebbles at each Jamarah during the days of Tashriq, commemorating Ibrahim's rejection of Satan's temptations. The structure was rebuilt in 2010 with advanced crowd management systems and cooling technology.
