Izmir Agora (also known as Smyrna Agora) is an archaeological site showcasing the remains of a Roman marketplace and public square from the 2nd century AD. One of the most important Roman remains in Turkey, it features ruins of various structures including the ancient market, shops, administrative buildings, a theater, and a public bath. This open-air museum provides a unique window into daily life in ancient Smyrna.
