Itaipu Dam
Itaipu Dam is one of the world's largest hydroelectric power plants, located on the Parana River on the border between Brazil and Paraguay. The dam is 196 meters high and 7.7 kilometers long, generating enough electricity to cover 15% of Brazil's needs and 75% of Paraguay's.
