Located in Kostroma on Kostroma River bank. Buses 14, 38, 105 from bus station to 'Ipatievskaya Sloboda' stop — 20 min. From railway station — trolleybus 2 to center, then bus. Taxi from center — 150-200 rubles. Near 'Kostroma Sloboda' wooden architecture museum.

Romanov dynasty started here - Mikhail Romanov was called to reign from this monastery in 1613. Beautiful 17th century frescoes inside Trinity Cathedral. Wooden Architecture Museum next door - combine your visit. Summer boat rides on the river available.

Monastery located on opposite bank of Kostroma River from city center. Bus #14 from Susanin Square. Summer ferry crosses the river. Convenient car access with parking at entrance.
