Imperial Castle
The Imperial Castle in Poznan is the last royal castle built in Europe, constructed in 1905-1910 for Kaiser Wilhelm II in neo-Romanesque style. Today it serves as one of the largest cultural centers in Poland, hosting over 2,500 events annually including concerts, exhibitions, theater, and cinema. Visitors can explore the historic West Wing on a self-guided tour, admire the rose garden in the courtyard, and visit the 1956 Uprising Museum in the basement. The glass atrium houses a cafe and bookstore, while the former throne room now features a palace cinema
