The Icehotel in Jukkasjärvi is the world's first ice hotel, rebuilt every winter since 1989 using ice from the Torne River. It features art suites carved by international artists, an ice bar, and a wedding chapel. Room temperature stays constant at -5°C, with guests sleeping in thermal sleeping bags on ice beds. The hotel also offers warm rooms and activities such as dog sledding and ice fishing.
