Honolulu Museum of Art (HoMA) is Hawaii's largest fine arts museum. Founded in 1927, it houses over 50,000 artworks spanning 5,000 years of history, from classical Asian art to contemporary pieces. You can also tour Shangri La, the stunning cliffside home of heiress Doris Duke featuring Islamic art collections.
General admission $25; all youth 18 and under free. Free for Hawaii residents every 3rd Sunday. Fridays open until 9 PM. Museums for All program: free with EBT card.
