Hag's Head
Hag's Head is the southern tip of the Cliffs of Moher, far less crowded than the main area and offering stunning natural views. It is named because the rock formation resembles the head of an old woman looking out to sea. Here stands Moher Tower, a 19th-century Napoleonic signal tower. Access requires a 4-kilometer walk along the cliff path from the visitor center. The area is ideal for those seeking tranquility and photography away from the crowds.
