The Grandmasters Palace was the official residence of the Grand Masters of the Knights of St John from 1571, and today serves as the Office of the President of Malta. Reopened in January 2024 after major restoration, visitors can explore over 85% of the building including the State Rooms with their stunning Gobelins tapestries, the historic Armoury, and the beautifully restored frescoes depicting the Great Siege of 1565.
