Useful tips for visiting Fushimi Inari Taisha
Full hike to summit: 2-3 hours (4km round trip). Go at dawn or night to avoid crowds and get empty torii photos. Small shrines and fox statues throughout. Inari sushi (tofu pockets) sold nearby.
