One of Zermatt's most famous hikes, passing five scenic mountain lakes: Stellisee, Grindjisee, Grunsee, Moosjisee, and Leisee. The trail starts from Blauherd station and ends at Sunnegga, covering about 9.5 km with 2.5 hours walking time. Three of the lakes reflect the Matterhorn on clear days. The trail varies between alpine meadows, forests, and rocky terrain with continuous panoramic views.
