El Ghriba Synagogue

El Ghriba Synagogue is Africa's oldest synagogue and one of the oldest in the world, dating back over 2,500 years. Located in the historic Jewish village of Erriadh (Hara Seghira) on Djerba. The synagogue houses ancient Torah scrolls and hosts the annual Lag BaOmer pilgrimage attracting thousands of Jewish visitors.
