Eger Lyceum
A monumental 18th-century baroque building constructed by Bishop Karoly Eszterhazy. It houses the oldest working camera obscura on the European continent, built in 1776, which projects a live panoramic image of the entire city onto a white table using lenses and mirrors. The 6th floor Astronomy Museum contains original 18th-century scientific instruments, while the panorama terrace on the 8th floor at 44 meters offers 360-degree views. Also home to one of Hungary's most beautiful baroque libraries and a planetarium with regular shows
