Dwejra is one of the most spectacular natural sites in the Mediterranean, home to the famous Inland Sea and former location of the Azure Window. The Inland Sea is a saltwater lagoon connected to the open sea via a 60-metre rock tunnel, where traditional boats offer trips through the tunnel. Although the Azure Window collapsed in 2017, the area remains stunning with the nearby Fungus Rock, world-class diving sites, and dramatic coastal scenery.
