A unique collection of 35 historic wooden houses in traditional green, relocated here from the Zaan region in the 1960s to preserve them. These buildings represent Dutch architecture from the 17th and 18th centuries with characteristic white windows and sloped roofs. Some are still inhabited while others have become museums and craft shops. You can wander through narrow streets and see how the Dutch lived during the Golden Age.
