Donald Duck Bay is one of the most famous landmarks in the Similan Islands, located on the northwest side of Koh Similan (Island #8). Named after a unique rock formation resembling Disney's Donald Duck's head when viewed from the sea. The protected bay offers calm, shallow waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling. This is an easy dive site ideal for beginners with lush coral gardens and resident green sea turtles.
National park entrance fee. Islands open only October 15 to May 15. Overnight stays banned since 2018.
December to April for calmest seas and best visibility (up to 30m). Early morning for fewer crowds.
