German Pharmacy Museum
Located within Heidelberg Castle, the German Pharmacy Museum is one of Germany's most visited museums with 600,000 visitors annually. The museum explores pharmaceutical history from medieval times through the 20th century across 10 outstanding rooms in the Ottheinrich Building, Ludwigsbau, and domed Apothecary Tower. Exhibits include historic pharmacy equipment, alchemical laboratories, medicinal herbs, alchemy artifacts, and antique ceramics.
