Dalt Vila is Ibiza's fortified old town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1999. Rising above the harbor, it's surrounded by 16th-century Renaissance walls with original cannons. This labyrinth of cobblestone alleys preserves over 2,500 years of history, from Phoenician settlements through medieval times.
