A 16th-century architectural masterpiece blending Baroque with Inca influences, Cusco Cathedral dominates the eastern side of Plaza de Armas. Built on the foundations of Inca Viracocha's palace, it houses over 400 paintings from the famous Cusco School, including a Last Supper featuring guinea pig instead of lamb - a uniquely Andean touch.
