Crumlin Road Gaol
Crumlin Road Gaol is a historic Victorian prison opened in 1845 and closed in 1996. It held criminals and political prisoners for over 150 years including many prominent figures in Irish history. Today it operates as a museum and event venue with tours exploring the building's dark history. You can visit cells, solitary confinement, and the execution chamber.
