Also known as Teyuna, this is an archaeological site of an ancient city hidden deep in the Sierra Nevada jungle, built around 700 AD - 650 years before Machu Picchu. Reaching it requires a 4-6 day trek covering 50 kilometers through dense jungle, river crossings, and climbing 1,200 stone steps. At the top, 169 stone terraces reveal the advanced Tayrona civilization that flourished before Spanish conquest.
