Chinatown Yangon
Chinatown Yangon dates back to the late 1700s and is a street food paradise. 19th Street, known as 'BBQ Street', is the neighborhood's heart where grilled meat and seafood stalls line up every evening. The area blends Chinese temples, mosques, and Hindu temples in a multicultural mix. Prices are significantly cheaper than tourist areas. The evening atmosphere is vibrant with local Myanmar Beer and fresh grilled food. Guided food tours are available in the morning. The area between Maha Bandoola Road and the river is best explored on foot for its colorful markets and hidden temples
