Centre Pompidou
Centre Pompidou is an iconic architectural masterpiece in the heart of Paris, housing the National Museum of Modern Art with Europe's largest collection of modern and contemporary art. The revolutionary building with its colorful exterior pipes was designed by Renzo Piano and Richard Rogers in 1977. Important: The building is closed from September 2025 until 2030 for major renovation. During this period, collections are displayed at partner venues through the Constellation program, especially at the Grand Palais. In fall 2026, Centre Pompidou Francilien opens in Massy as a new creative space.
