Basaseachi is Mexico's second-highest waterfall, with water plunging 246 meters in a single unbroken drop into Candameña Canyon. The falls are within a national park surrounded by pine and oak forests at 2,000 meters elevation. The hike to the waterfall base is a challenging but rewarding adventure, while viewpoints from above offer more accessible views.
