A small 14th century chapel housing Raphael's only remaining work in Perugia: the fresco 'Trinity and Saints' (1505-1508). The upper portion is by Raphael, the lower was completed by his master Perugino in 1521.

In 1508, he was called to Rome by Pope Julius II to paint the Vatican Rooms. Raphael died in 1520 without returning to complete the work, and his former master Perugino finished it one year later.
