Canopy Walkway
Taman Negara's Canopy Walkway is one of the world's longest suspended pedestrian bridges, stretching 530 meters through the planet's oldest tropical rainforest at 130 million years old. The bridge rises up to 45 meters above the forest floor, providing a unique perspective at canopy level where tropical birds, monkeys, and rare insects can be observed. It consists of a series of wooden and rope bridges suspended between giant trees. The experience is thrilling as the bridge sways slightly with each step, adding an element of adventure. Important note: The walkway has been temporarily closed for maintenance since September 2024 until further notice. Check official sources before planning your visit.
