Cango Caves is one of Africa's most spectacular cave systems, stretching 4 km beneath the Swartberg mountains. It features massive stalagmite and stalactite formations up to 1.5 million years old. Two tours are available: the easy Heritage Tour (60 min) and the Adventure Tour (90 min) requiring crawling through narrow passages. The caves maintain a constant 18°C year-round and are protected as a national heritage site.
