Bloemenmarkt is the world's only floating flower market, dating back to 1862. Located on the Singel canal, with stalls built on flat boats selling flowers, tulip bulbs, plants, and Dutch souvenirs. Although it has become touristy, it still offers an authentic Amsterdam experience. The perfect place to buy tulip bulbs as souvenirs - make sure to get a certificate for export.
