Blloku District

Blloku (The Block) is Tiranas trendiest neighborhood, once the exclusive residential area for communist elites where ordinary Albanians were forbidden to enter until 1991. Armed guards patrolled 24/7 and the area was unmarked on maps. Today it is a vibrant hub of cafes, restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife with rooftop bars and international cuisine.
