Baroque masterpiece designed by Juvarra in 1717 atop Mount Superga at 672 meters. Houses the royal tombs of the Savoy dynasty. Memorial to the Grande Torino football team who died in a 1949 plane crash. Stunning Alpine views.

Take the historic rack railway from Sassi station. Closed Wednesdays (Mar-Oct) and weekdays (Nov-Feb). Clear days offer best Alpine views. Climb 131 steps to dome for panorama.
