Visit outside mass times for sightseeing. The giant Gothic window is best viewed in afternoon light. Combine with Giardini Carducci nearby for panoramic views.

The massive Gothic window (21 × 8.5 meters) is Italy's second largest stained glass window after Milan Cathedral. Dating from the 15th century, it fills the entire rear wall of the church.
