Aride Island
Aride Island is a pristine nature reserve managed by the Island Conservation Society, home to over one million seabirds. It has the most breeding seabird species in Seychelles, including frigatebirds, lesser noddies, and white-tailed tropicbirds. The rare Seychelles warbler and magpie robin can also be spotted. Open October to May only due to seasonal conditions. Access by boat from Praslin (90 minutes). Tours must be booked in advance and include guided walks. Best birdwatching November to February.
