No. Climbing Uluru was permanently closed in 2019 out of respect for the Anangu people. You can walk around the base.

Fly to Ayers Rock Airport (AYQ) from Sydney, Melbourne, or Alice Springs. Airport is 20 km from Uluru.
Useful tips for visiting Uluru
Respect indigenous culture. Do not photograph sacred sites marked with signs.
Carry plenty of water (3+ liters) for walks. Desert weather is extremely dry.
Watch sunrise and sunset at Uluru. The colors change dramatically.
Don't miss Kata Tjuta (the Olgas). 50 km away, less crowded and equally impressive.
Book accommodation very early for peak season (June-August). Limited options.
