Try tavče gravče (baked beans), ajvar (pepper spread), and kebapi at Old Bazaar restaurants. Extremely cheap and delicious. Full meal under €5.
Climb to Kale Fortress at sunset for best city views. Free entry. Watch the absurd new center light up from above ancient walls.
