Useful tips for visiting Langkawi
DUTY-FREE island! Alcohol incredibly cheap: beer RM 2-3 (vs RM 10+ elsewhere), wine from RM 25, whisky from RM 40. Also chocolate, perfume, electronics. Stock up in Kuah malls. Limit: 1L alcohol per person when leaving.
