Useful tips for visiting Iguazu Falls
Bring umbrella or rain jacket - you will get wet near the falls, especially at Garganta del Diablo (Devil's Throat).
Start early at the park (opens 8am) to avoid heat and tourist peaks. Wildlife is more active in the morning.
Bring insect repellent! The area is tropical with many mosquitoes, especially in rainy season.
Don't feed the coatis (raccoon-like animals) - they can be aggressive and steal food. Keep bags closed.
Buy supermarket supplies (bread, cheese, cold cuts) for park picnic - much cheaper than park restaurants.
